PROS and Vex IQ?

Does anybody know if pros (Purdue Robotics Operating System) works with vex iq?

So aside from RobotC and Modkit, is there anything else that can program vex iq? Trying desperately to find a linux solution. Just got a $4000 grant for an iq classroom bundle but don’t want to order it until I know it’s going to work in my linux lab.

Yes. Our Python/Blockly programming solution www.robotmesh.com/project is going to support x86 and x64 major Linux distributions soon. We’re currently testing our Robot Mesh Connect browser plug-in for Chrome.

Which Linux distribution are you using? x86 or x64? Send me an email to [email protected] and I should be able to send you a version to test next week.

Robot Mesh

Our Linux support is now available. Currently supporting Ubuntu 14.04 on x86 (32-bit) and amd64 (64-bit) computers with the Chrome browser. Go to http://www.robotmesh.com/project/install to install the RobotMeshConnect package and the Chrome Extension.

If you’re using a different flavor of Linux, let me know.

By popular demand we’re also now supporting Ubuntu 12.04 on x86 (32-bit) and amd64 (64-bit).

You guys are the best! I can verify that the ubuntu 12.04 version works like a charm! (both in blocky and python)
