PROS Kernel Major Update 3.8.0: Road to PROS 4

PROS Kernel 3.8.0 Release

This update fixes several bugs discoverd in 3.8.0 and missing features for motor groups and optical sensors. The most major bug being not being able to use spaces and parenthesis in project paths.

To upgrade your PROS projects, either use the PROS Sidebar → Conductor → Upgrade Project menu
in the PROS VSCode Plugin or run prosv5 conduct upgrade kernel inside your project directory on
the command line.
