PROS vscode extension not installing

I have installed VScode on windows, but the PROS extension is not installing. I clicked install on pros, and it said “Preparing to install PROS” and has been stuck for 30 minutes. Did I do something wrong?

Have you tried restarting VSCode?

I think I may have restarted it, I will try that tomorrow when I have access to that PC again.
