Dear VEX Community -
We have started development on improving the Wiki, with the entire lifts section being worked on by BLRS and MTBR. We also got work started on improving the shooter section.
Another thing we’ve started doing is creating a discord for Wiki development. This will be properly released once our Logo is done and we have set up the discord properly for this usage.
One final thing we’d like to discuss is the creation of a strategy/team administration section, where we’ll talk about running robotics organizations, notebooking, raising funds, and other vital topics for running a student lead robotics team. This initiative is led by MTBR and WIDE1.
As usual, with our great volume of work we still need content to help supplement our articles, here are our photo requests for this week:
- Files of Lift CADs still needed
- Images, videos, and CADs of shooters.
- We still need images of Chainbars, 2-Bar, Elevator, and Cascade Lifts
As always, we’d like to get a discussion going about what people potentially want from the Wiki… and what features you’d like to see that would get you to use our Wiki actively. Please post any suggestions and photos in the discussion below.
