Looks like you need 5 of the big ones and 2 of the small ones.
I don’t have the small ones, but I have enough of the big ones to cover. I’m assuming that’s an acceptable modification. I’m also hoping that the kit comes with the correct number of plates. The web site says it only comes with 4 of the big ones.

I would call VEX support - I do not have recollection which box.
The plates should be in Box 3, SKU 276-9146.
This is the same box that the Game-Specific Field Tiles & Orange Loader Caps come in, if that helps too.
They are captured inside of one of the cardboard inserts inside of the box to prevent them from sliding around in transit and damaging the other parts in the box.
They are quite hidden. Make sure you check the bottom piece of the squareish box. It was under there for us.
I found them. I had a helper that put the one square one with the other stack of squares that I had, and the two little ones were left in the box. I picked it up and shook the box but it felt empty. I guess I just expected them to weigh more.
