Question about raising gates

Then what if a robot intentionally touched the gate to keep the other team from raising the gate? because if they don’t raise it before 30 seconds, they’re disqualified, but if they raise it they’ll be violating SG13.

Another rule states that robots cannot interact with a gate for more than 5 seconds, or after 35 seconds are left in the match. That allows at least 5 seconds to raise the gate.
