Question about Running Programs from USB Stick

I am using VEX IQ for a science olympiad competition and the competition requires that you need to store your program for the robot on a USB hard drive, instead of downloading directly to the brain. I have a USB stick with the .iqcpp file on it, with the programming in this file. Since, I don’t have access to the robot right now, I would like to know if plugging in this drive will allow me to run the program on the drive. If not, is there any way I could store the code on the drive, because this is quite an important rule which could disqualify me from the competition.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Do you mean plugging into the IQ Brain ? If so, then no.
