Hey guys!
I have done some talking with some of the members on my FRC Team, 1902 Exploding Bacon. And they are possibly entertaining the idea of hosting a HS/college VEX competition for Gateway. I want to make a post because we would like to see the number of people interested in attending an event like this, for college and High school. It would probably be hosted in Orlando, Florida somewhere. Again we are trying to find out if people would be interested!

Good luck though. Hosting a regional is a lot of fun. We’ve been hosting one for two years now. Our first year we only saw 12 teams. This past year however we had 36 teams, and I think VEX is talking to our organization head about setting up one of those +60 super-regional things JVN posted about a while back. We’ll see. But if you guys have any questions about things to do when hosting a vex regional, PM me and I’ll be glad to help out.
I’LL GO! Have it be in the later spring and we miiiight be able to raise enough money to go down to compete! Anyone want to donate? ;]
