Radio disconnects randomly and won't reconnect to controller on some times

I have seen other posts on this but don’t exactly follow what I’m going through.

Though relatively uncommon for us, from time to time, the robot will lose connection with the controller during a skills run prototype and it tends to sometimes never reconnect, sometimes having to manually pair the controller again, which can be frustrating.

I estimate that the radio is more than two years old at this point, the first use during the Spin Up season, although other posts have disproven the age-use thing.

I need help. What should I do?

so a power cycle of V5 brain and/or controller doesn’t allow reconnection ?

The only real way to troubleshoot, assuming this isn’t just RF interference causing the disconnect, is swapping out V5 radio and controller and seeing if the issue resolves itself.
