So I want to implement a blocker to my teams robot and I am just wondering what is a practical size. I would like to be able to block flysticks and dr4b flywheels because those seemed very common in my region. However because of the high arc that flywheels can produce I am not sure what a good size is.
I am guessing though like a 40 inch blocker would do.
Most elevated flywheels go to about 24-36 in high. As long as you angle your blocker towards your opponent, a 40 in one would be fine
Okay will do. also just angle the second piece by using a piece of rope on the end to restrict movement.
@Gigahertz.t I think a 40-inch blocker would be a good height, but you would most likely need 3+ stages to achieve that height with an angle and solid weight distribution to compensate.
