Our team “supposedly” qualified for worlds last month. This was because one team triple crowned at the event, we were third in skills and the triple crowning team was first. This was during Taiwan’s regional tournament. Our coach has been contacting the RECF representatives for Asia however we seem to have reached an argument. The RECF representative believes that the double qualification spots should go to the top national skills. Our team believes that it should go to the tournament skills. The “Qualifying Criteria” document appears to back our side up but the RECF manager is not agreeing. We are afraid that if we wait too long the worlds spot will not come to us so I wanted to ask what to do from this point. Is there someone else we could contact about this to resolve this issue? (No hate to the RECF representative just want to figure what’s happening out)

As far as I know, double qualification spots are only for teams that went to the same tournament as the team that double qualified. So yes, your RECF manager would be incorrect.
