Record Driver Control for Auton

Hey Guys!
So this is just an idea, but is there a program to actually record your driver control to autonomous.
This would allow teams to create more awesome autons and save a lot of time.
I was just wondering if this already exists or how this can be achieved if it is possible.

Some teams in the past have used RobotC to create a program to do this, some were fairly successful, others less so. The teams that did this wrote their own recording code, it’s not built in to RobotC as a pre-made function. Some more discussion on this has been happening in this thread.
