When will new team registration open for the Change Up season? Will it open up today, or do I need to wait for a week?
It’s not open yet. There doesn’t appear to be a set date in RobotEvents.
You know you keep your numbers from prior years? You don’t get to become team #1 if you are first to register 
I’m gong to guess that it will all open up on Monday.
Likewise with the new VEX parts.

We are trying to register for a new team this year, we are leaving our school so we don’t have a promised number.

Neither does anyone else who is registering a new team. You will all get access to the pool of available team numbers at the same time
