my daughter’s VEX IQ brain display is going blank sometimes. backlight is still on but nothing on the display. turning on/off the brain does bring back the VEX logo during the start up but the display goes blank in the middle of operation or navigation. is there a diy fix for this problem or does it need repair/replacement?

Sounds like the LCD on the brain might be damaged.
