I followed many instructions to solve my issues without solutions.
The brain bug after update even after resetting.
I get the orange screen with msg asking to proceed. But nothing happens when i press the brain button . On other side, I can download a project and run/stop it by VEXcode.
Last thing i couldn’t choose the language after reset because of brain freezing

How old is this brain ?
The message is saying that the battery firmware needs an update, try a different updated battery or update this battery on a working brain. or use the button bottom right to cancel and then change the language.
the brain had 2 years.
there is just one button used for turning on/off the brain. nothing happens when I press it
Use the onscreen touch button, there’s one each side of the screen, left is “Ok” right is “Cancel”
I am sorry, I am new to your product. there’s no onscreen touch button, or they are not working
When did you last update the firmware?
Try to see if an update is available
OP can try a forced firmware update, no harm in trying at this point.
