All of the programming guides seem to leave out that I need to install a driver to communicate through this USB cable. Where can I get the driver to get rid of the error message in the title?

Hello Bryanr,

All of the necessary drivers for VEX IQ platform are usually included within the initial installation for ROBOTC, so there is really no need for a separate driver installation. Just so we can better diagnose your problem, will you be able to email [email protected] a screenshot of the error message?
