Robot get slowdown while driving

our robot at first gets verry fast but only for a minute then it’s slowdown and cannot move at all ( battery is full) ( and it not cause by friction)

Put your hand on the motors. Are they hot? If so, then it’s a build problem. If not, it is probably a code problem. Could we see a snippet of your code?
(Side note, try to put a 1/8 in plastic spacer between shaft collars and the c-channel. Never have metal to metal contact)

looks to be warped, also looks like you have metal on metal contact on the big gears, the motors are probably overheating aswell as you are running a very fast gear ratio.
there is a lot of reasons that could be causing this so i would make a checklist with some of the issues i found

Definitely sounds like motor overheating. Your drivetrain has way too fast of a gear ratio for a 4 motor drivetrain and the motors will overheat once any form of strain is put against them. You should lower the gear ratio to add more torque or switch to a 6-motor drivetrain
