Robot not moving/micro-module not executing easyC program?

Our robot is not moing AT ALL. We are using easyC, and the program we have made is on the VEX template. Our battery is fully charged and plugged in, all of our motors are properly plugged in, we have two RXs with matching crystals… everything is in its proper place, but the robot is not moving at all.

When we turn on the robot and the controller, the yellow autonomous light flashes for 20 seconds, but the robot does not move (and it should).

We tested out another micro-module (not attaching all the motors) and it worked. But when we replaced it with our old module, it didn’t work.

We have tried downloading the master code, default code… We’ve tried anything we could think of.

Any solutions?? :confused:

If after downloading the Master Code and the Default Code, and the Vex Controller is still not functioning like it was out of the Box, there is an Issue with the Vex Controller…
