RobotC download to brain issue

I have attempted to download the RobotC firmware to the brain. I have already updated all components (brain, sensors, motors) to the latest VEXos 2.0.1. I am receiving the following message, and I can’t go any further. Using a school-issued Chromebook with RobotC 4.x loaded. I have tried checking and unchecking the boxes for “Allow any Ports” and “Ignore Ports that are Busy” in all combinations and using the USB cable that came with the superkit. The compiler target is set to physical robot and platform type set to VEXIQ (actually there were no other options).

I am unable to find what to do to work around this. Thanks for the help!

Hello k-powell,

This is a good question.
It looks like your communication driver is corrupted, can you please close ROBOTC and open the VEXos updater?
Then email us a screenshot of the updater as the brain is connected to the PC.

I await your response
