ROBOTC for VEX Robotics program Crashing upon Opening Application

Right now, I’m having a problem with the ROBOTC for VEX Robotics application. Here’s a description of the problem:

I open the application and it stays on this screen for a while:

After some time is up, the application just crashes. If anyone knows how to fix this problem please tell me.

(I’d also like to be told how to get the menu bar back.)

Please, try to follow this advice:

Try deleting everything under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Robomatter Inc.\ROBOTCV4 in regedit
