RobotC Help

I have code for a claw i made that works perfectly fine in autonomous and opens up my claw when I need it to open.
But when I put the exact same code and values in driver control, the motor just twitches even thought the code says run the claw motor for 3000 milliseconds.

Please help!!

If you could post code, that would be great. There may be conflicts between drive code and the code powering the motor. Check if the motor is being powered from somewhere else in the code.
