RobotC VS PROS!!

I have used robotC since the beginning of my first year starstruck season and it I find it easier to program than arduino. Once I learnt it, it was easy to code. Should I switch to PROS programming software? Is that similar to Arduino? Can my RobotC code work for PROS with some adjustments? What are the benefits and negatives of using PROS and RobotC in comparison?
