So I have a two bar de-scorer/scorer and right now it does not lift the caps. I need rubber bands on my lift thing but the problem is that all the places I have tried don’t work when I need to fold it back to fit into size.

Do you have room to just add a gear ratio to it? You could change it to a 1:7 or 1:5 and it should definitely work.
