Rubber shaft collars in VRC?

Can I use VEX IQ rubber shaft collars in a VRC competition? We’ve run low on our locking shaft collars.

Rubber shaft collars are sold the Shafts and Hardware so I would assume so. There are at least some legal rubber shaft collars
