I need clarification on part B of rule . The section in question: b. Each Mobile Goal Placed in a Corner will receive 5 points. Rule and its note still apply, and
only one Mobile Goal may be Placed in each Corner. Does the mobile goal have to have a scored ring on it or can it be empty?

For the skills run, a goal does not need a ring on it to meet the requirements of being scored. Keep in mind this is for skills matches only - this does not apply to teamwork matches.
