Rules on if a triball is considered "scored"

I just need to know if the triball in the attached image is considered scored under the net, or outside it…

read the game manuel mate only way to know the rules

It all depends whether this corner

Is inside the goal
From the looks of it, it isn’t and is therefore not scored

no it is not if you are wandering you have to have at least 2 corners of the triball under the net to consider it scored/

There is no way to tell from the pic. I think its in but even a very slight degree in the perspective of the picture could put it in or out. If 2 points are in then its in. The plane of the goal is the outside of the bar. Head ref has to make a judgement call. If its so close I have to drop a plumb line, shoot a laser, or use a level to determine if its in or out I’m going to rule it in.

I try to give the benefit of the doubt. That’s not straight up and down, so it’s harder to say, but I’m guessing I would judge that as in.

I see it as out. If 2 points have to “break the plane” then I think that it should be obviously breaking the plane. The plane isn’t judged by the outside, it is judged by the inside of the PVC barrier. Again, I think it’s out.

This is the second post you are giving incorrect information. The Game Manual definition of “Goal” has the following:

For the purposes of scoring, the “Goal” refers specifically to the three-dimensional volume bounded by a vertical projection of the outermost PVC pipes onto the field and below the surface of the net.

I would recommend you consult the Game Manual before posting responses and endeavor to include specific references to Game Manual to inform rather than opine.

The goal is defined by the outside of the pipe.

Looking like it’s not scored because of the corner it looks like its more out than in.

Sorry, I need to check myself with the manual more often.

I too would say it’s not scored, I only see one point inside the plane of the goal.

Here, there seems to be only one pint in the goal, thus probably not scored.
