I have windows vista and I recently bought a 2GB San Disk SD card. When I pop it into my computer and try to open it up it says that there was an I/O device error or something like that.
Anyone know what to do?
P.S. I can access the media if I plug my camera into my computer via USB port.
id ask microsoft, i have two 1GB SD cards and they work perfectly with vista
dusty slot? not a good brand and they didnt make it fully compatible? broken?
I tried that slot with another SD Card (Lexar) and it worked just fine. I’ll check with MS and San Disk. Or, I’ll just take the SD Card back.
I fixed it. What I had to do was download a patch for TI SD Card readers. They do not like 2GB sd cards because of voltage or something.
