can you have your robot shift between a high and low gear if the controller is at full power and the wheels are not moving with out using a button?

Try using the search bar for “planetary transmission” “differential transmission” “pneumatic transmission” or just plain old “transmission”.
The first one was in an official Q&A, so maybe he/she figured out that normal users can’t respond to those posts.
yes you must switch ratio planetary linear half speed some backward some forward? make sure double A batteries are green good but wheels must move except if H drive then not all but probably use button because otherwise accidental movement. hope this help
