Shoulder Screws and 3/8in spacers

The Robosource 1.5in shoulder screws have a .12in long shoulder. This means that if put a shoulder screw though two pieces of aluminum you have .04 extra sticking out. I was wandering if you could force a 3/8 black Robosource spacer over it. (I have no parts yet and my organizer wants to see a CAD before we order them.)

Well, spacers are a bit “squishy” and malleable, so it would take some force (aka cranking that nylock nut to force the shoulder in), but you definitely can do it (I’ve done it a few times, only a little bit though)

You could probably fit it in if you think you would need it it’s better than nothing
