Skills Clarification Question

For the World skills rankings on robot events, it says that:

The columns labeled “Programming Skills” and “Driver Skills” represent the individual scores that comprise the team’s highest Robot Skills score.

The columns labeled “Highest Programming Skills” and “Highest Driver Skills” represent the highest individual scores in each category, these are used as tie-breakers per the official game manual.

When would the “individual scores that comprise the team’s highest Robot Skills score” be different than “highest individual scores in each category”

Team 123A goes to Tournament #1.

At Tournament #1, they get a driver skills of 200, and a programming skills of 80. Their combined skills score is 280.

Team 123A then goes to Tournament #2.

At Tournament #2, they get a driver skills of 240. But they only get a programming skills of 20. Their combined skills score for this tournament is 260.

Team 123A’s highest Robot Skills score is 280, with individual scores of 200 and 80. But their highest individual scores in each category are 240 and 80.
