If my team travels to out of our state and runs skills, does that skills score carry over into inherited spots at State?
Example: We reside in Massachusetts, but travel to New Hampshire for a tournament. In NH we post our best skills score to date. If that is the highest score any team in MA has all season, and a team double qualifies for Worlds at our championship (by winning Excellence and Tournament Champions), do we inherit the next Worlds spot? Or are skills scores only valid in the state they were posted?
