I recently ran a skills score on the 20th and scores were recorded but not updated event though other events that ran on the 20th got updated is this normal? If it is how long can I wait to see my score updated

they were having trouble updating the page showing results during tourne but they showed me that the scores were recorded on the computer

Clearly they had issues and are even still having issues… they don’t even have the matches up on the website!
To clarify, your scores won’t be official/updated until the event can figure out how to upload the results from their master server to robotevents. Once that happens though, everything should be normal.
