Skills Scores from TSA Events

If a team gets a top 50 in the world robot skills score at a TSA event, will that score count in the global rankings and be eligible for a bid to Worlds assuming it is within the time frame needed to be eligible and is listed on robotevents.com? It is my understanding that TSA events follow the exact same rules.

Would it make a difference if the TSA event is open to all Vex teams?

Please speak directly with your Regional Support Manager regarding which events will be posting their skills scores to the global/world rankings. TSA (Technology Student Association) events have a couple of different formats at the state/national level, so the answer will depend on the event itself.
