Skills Scores Global Ranks and Worlds Qualification

According to Robotevents.com the top 3 global skills scores will automatically qualify for the world championships, Will this be filtered middle school and elementary or will it be combined?

This decision will be dependent on available World Championship space and will be announced when the World Skills Rankings are finalized as of March 8, 2015. Thanks for your support.
