I have noticed that several of the scores are from teams that are not listed as a Tourny Resigetered Team. There Team # does not show on the team list or in the Skills Results, or the score in the results are different than in the rankings. Would these scores be allowed to stand?

Without specific examples, there is no way to answer this. Please provide more details.
As an example, the Team that is ranked 5th in Driver Skills with a score of 96 is not shown on the Team List for the event. Also they do not appear in the Driver Skills Results for the Tournament referenced in the rankings. There were a few other strange results like that earlier but I believe they have dropped down the ranking now.
