We have 2 motors that do not register with the brain during power up.
Tech support said to disconnect everything, connect the problem motor to port 1, run the updater and we should be able to update the motor firmware.
We have tried that and the motors still are not recognized. Shows 0 motors connected.
Any suggestions before I call in on Monday?
