Sometimes, when intaking cubes, cubes are pushed off of my tray.
At first, I thought this would be an issue with the compression of my intake, and I tried to fix that, but it did not work.
Are there any other possible reasons for this?

Not sure if this is a very good picture, but this is a picture of the front side of my robot w/ the intake.

I would try added higher walls at the beginning of your tray to help with guiding the cubes better.
Also I can’t see from this angle but make sure your intake is parallel or slightly going into your tray.
