Please check my math. I think there is a bit over 14" between the cones. I used the measurements on page 27 of Appendix A.
The space between the cone and the mobile goals is 2" I think.

Squeezing in between the mobile goal and the cone may be more difficult as the cone is jammed against the wall and probably won’t move well.
