I just heard from the IT folks that manage the forum that they are instituting some measures that should cut back the amount of spam we are getting. On behalf of the forum moderators, thank you for your patience during the current outbreak, and keep reporting any spam posts you see.
The automatic moderation feature on the VEX Forum was temporally disabled, because many new accounts are generated in order to participate in the Design Challenge.
The IT department will enable the automatic moderation today.
This will greatly decrease the number of spam accounts and posts we saw during the past week.

Lack of Spam Messages this last week has been better than in the Past… I think that a lot of the Spam Bots have “written off” Vexforum…
now it makes sense!
