Does it help to flag Spam? I don’t mind doing it but there’s basically Spam here all the time. Also, you have to type enough characters and you can’t report Spam more that once in 30 seconds. So, I’m wondering what is the best way I can be helpful with Spam?

And my auto correct is doing the capitals!

I go through and delete stuff most days although not so much at the weekends. No harm in flagging it though - helps us to see ones that are buried deeper in the forum.
