Sponsorship Packet Help Needed

Hello,

My friends and I are starting a new VRC team at our school. We have trouble figuring out everything we should have in our sponsorship packet. We are wondering if anyone had any tips or suggestions on what we should have in our packet.

That said, we use a much shorter letter more often. The whole packet is really only used for larger companies.
