This is a good handout for your IN PERSON contacts of potential sponsors. The real key is that you’re networking with people who can make the sponsorship decisions (start with the employers of you’re teams’ parents), then look to meeting with service organizations (various community foundations). If your community has community baseball/softball/soccer teams, look on the team shirts to see what businesses in the community are sponsoring the teams, and you’ll know they have a history of sponsoring teams.
Back to your accomplishments: does your team do any community service? This can be important to some potential sponsors.
I think you should change the working for the sponsership levels. Maybe have the platinum have “Gold additions plus…” and simmalar for the lower levels. This would reduce clutter and make the sponserer think they are getting a better reward.
Good luck on getting sponsers!
400 dollars is crazy imo.
You could also add your contact information directly on the flyer. That’ll make the process to reaching out easier.
If TBHS stands for anything, you could also include the full name for that (optional, not necessary).
For the endings of “What robotics teaches us”, I think it might be better without the periods at the end.
Other than that, great poster/flyer!
You have where misspelled in the where your money goes section
Competitive is also misspelled at the end of the support section. Great poster btw
Thanks for the help me and my teammates are not the best spellers
In terms of grammar,
- Were is misspelled where
- tournament’s → tournaments (possessive)
- In addition , (comma)
- “parts” is a bit unclear
- competetive → competitive
- seasons → season’s
Your current paragraph is clear so the reader knows what you are trying to tell them, but this might help a bit.
This is just my opinion, but I think a $400 sponsorship is too much for only bronze tier.
