Sprockets not working

Hello all! My team is making a drivetrain and we used chains and sprockets but our motors are not working, but one of the motors are pulling the gear with it and it doesn’t rotate.

If you lift the robot off the ground, will the motors work? If they do, you need to adjust the gear ratio so there is more torque. If they do not, try taking them off and seeing if they spin. If they do not spin when they are off of the robot, replace the motor and/or wire. If that still doesn’t work, it is probably a code problem. If they do spin while they are off the robot, something is stopping the sprockets from spinning or the chain from moving.
