Whenever we stack the bottom cube gets pushed out from under the stack. What are potential causes for this?
If you provided pictures it would be easier to tell what is happening.
Picture will help, but this can happen if the bottom cube is too high or to low in the rollers.

Our team has found that the best way to prevent the bottom cube from getting pushed out is to “hold on” to the cube while you’re placing it. This essentially means keeping it in your robot via slow intaking until your tray is almost completely vertical. We have found that this generally keeps stacks very stable.
