I would really like to change all of my screws to star drive, but the sticking point is set screws. ## Has anyone seen star drive/torx set screws, preferably T8? I know I can keep the hex and just give them an extra screwdriver, but I want them to only have 2 screwdrivers like they did before, T15 for the 8-32 screws and T8 for the 6-32 motor screws.
I’m not sure where you could get star drive set screws, but I would also love to get some of these. Also, did you get the 6-32 star drive screws from an external supplier, because last time I checked VEX didn’t have those either?
Well, I haven’t actually got them yet, because I figure I will keep using the old hex ones as long as my students need 5/64" hex drivers for the set screws. However, I know you can at least get them at McMaster-Carr in T15 and T10, not sure about T8, I haven’t done the legwork yet.
Do you have the link for this? I haven’t been able to find them at McMaster-Carr.

Found them. Would you recommend the 1/4" screws? Or some other size? (Sorry for taking this thread off topic. I’ll delete my posts if you would like.)
Whoops, I think I read your post wrong, I thought you said that you found 6-32 setscrews with a T15 head.
Nope, unfortunately not. And the shaft collar set screws are 8-32 x 1/8", so I am looking for those with any kind of star drive/torx head.
Vex sells the motor screws in 1/4" and 1/2" lengths so those would seem to be appropriate.
