Starter Set For Sale

Hello all,

I am not sure if im in the right area for this but i have a starter kit that I would like to get rid of. No longer have the time to mess around with it. I was wondering what i should charge and where to advertise it at.

Thanks
lucas

What kind is it? Most likely ebay.

Which starter set? Please post a link with the correct kit.

I might be interested.

I’m not finding the kit I have online. It is about 5 years old and I have much more accessories then the starter kits on the website. Would you like me to post some pictures of what all I do have?

Please do. We are currently thinking of starting a 323X team… This would be nice.

Too many people?

If you are talking about the old Radio Shack kits, those things are awesome. You get a TON of metal and misc pieces. I still think that is the best kit they ever put out. I’ve been doing some googling and came up with a few “rough” links on what is included.

It is a great idea to pick these up when you can because you cannot buy parts at the price that you can get this whole kit for.](http://support.radioshack.com/parts/75280.htm )

Thank you sir! It looks like a great kit! Old, but full of parts.

The best part that you would get from this set is the old school bar locks. You can adjust the angle that the locking part is within the bracket so you can arrange the mounting holes in the way that you want and not the way it has to be.

Something like this: http://www.vexrobotics.com/276-2016.html (the left object in the picture). If so, I have never used it. It might be neat for me to try out.

Yes. I didn’t know they still made them! Those things are awesome.

I use the lock bars for my tray. They are great when you can’t attach a piece of metal to the gear itself and you don’t want to use a bunch of spacers.

ok well i the link you posted to the radio shack kit is the same thing that i have. I dont know if you would still be interested?

Could you still post some pictures of the hardware and all of the parts? I would like to see everything in a picture.

Thanks!

ok here is some

and the others i have

How much are you wanting?

Thanks for the pictures

The 2005 Version of the Inventors Guide has in Appendix D all the Included Parts of the Original Vex kits… —> Appendix D, Inventory

I bought my first Vex kits in AUG-2006, so my Vex stuff was 3 of those kits and all the spare parts I could locate at my local Radio-Shack, at %50 of Retail price… Here is my First Post at the Vex Forum, Re: EasyC CD : Post #04

I’m thinking 150 plus shipping?

There’s a lot of wheels I could use
