Would a team be able to qualify for their state competition if they were to compete in another regional competition outside of their state? Could we still boost our skills score outside of our state?
For Example: A Virginia team competing in Delaware
You can boost your skills score by competing in a competition outside your state (page 2, robot skills) . However, you cannot qualify for a state tournament other than your own (page 3, qualification details).
