Sorry, but your post is worded weirdly in my opinion, but I’ll try my best to answer you.
If you’re saying can you matchload triballs during the autonomous period, look at the first note on SG2.
If you’re saying can you shoot your preload across thr field during autonomous, yes you may as long as you don’t interfere with your opponent’s autonomous (see SG9)
