String size clarification

R7 e contradicts itself as measurements work as between 1/8 and 1/4 means any measurement between 1/8 and 1/4 but not 1/8 or 1/4 but then it says a minimum of 1/8 which would mean it should say 1/8 to 1/4 instead of between 1/8 and 1/4

So should i assume they used the wrong word and its 1/8 to 1/4 or should i assume the correct word was used and the second part unintentionally contradicts itself which would mean that 1/8 is too small?

Many Q and A strands cover this, but it is just worded wrong. Any thing BETWEEN 1/8" up to 1/4" is legal.

Technically, it is anything between 3mm (0.118") and 1/4" inclusive

Thats not how measurements work though, nor is that how “between” is defined
