Subsystem 2 change?

Is moving the location of a motor on a gear train considered a Subsystem 2 swap? The second paragraph of <R1> states:

Note the word “entire”. Lets say I have a simple drivetrani, with a 60-tooth driving gear, 48-tooth ideler gears, and 24-tooth driven gear. If I change the driving gear from the 60-tooth to one of the 48-tooth gears, is this an entire swap of Subsystem 2?
Additionally, I havee asked a Q&A about whether or not changing your wheels from omni-wheels to travel tires constitutes a swap or not. Could I have your feedback on this? ( Swapping out Wheels During a Competition : Robot Events) (sorr for the empty text box, IDK how to quote rules in the Q&A)

You’ve pretty much answered your own question, but maybe you should talk to a trusted Mentor or coach to help you understand what the word “entire” means. Neither a motor, nor wheels, will ever constitute an entire sub system. Typically we call these configurations, and it’s just important that you have each configuration inspected before the event.

If all you are doing is moving the motor from one shaft to another, then no. If you are putting an entirely new drivetrain in, then yes.

So in your hypothetical example, you should be good to go.
